Admissions Process

Parent-Toddler Class

  • Schedule and attend a school tour.
  • Submit an application with a non-refundable deposit of $100.
  • The Enrollment Director will mail a letter of confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your application and space availability.

Pre-school/Kindergarten

  • Schedule and attend a school tour.
  • Submit an application along with the application fee of $60.
  • The enrollment coordinator will call you to set up an admission conference with you, your child and the pre-school/kindergarten teachers.
  • A notification letter will be mailed after the admission conference is complete.
  • A child in our kindergarten will go through a four week evaluation period in order to determine whether the child is appropriately matched to the class and/or our school.

Grades One through Eight

  • Schedule and attend a school tour.
  • Submit an application along with the application fee of $60.
  • The enrollment coordinator will call you to set up an admission conference with you, your child and two faculty members. Student transcripts must be brought to the school office prior to the admission conference.
  • After the admission conference, we ask that all grades students spend one week in the classroom as a way to further determine a good match.
  • Upon completion of the observation week, parents will be notified of acceptance. If accepted, a child in grades 1-3 will go through an additional four week evaluation period (eight weeks for a child in grades 4-8) in order to determine whether the child is appropriately matched to the class and/or our school.
