What is the cost to exhibit at Winter Faire?
All booths are 8 x 6 and cost $75. Boothes includes: 1, 6’ table, 2 chairs, and Wi-Fi. Please indicate if you need electricity on the application.
When do vendor applications close?
Priority application deadline is September 15. Early bird applications, if approved receive:
- Main building location
- Featured social media spotlight
- Inclusion in holiday shopping guide
All applications close September 30
Are all vendors accepted?
To maintain a high-quality shopping experience, vendors are selected through a curated application process.
Can I sell commercially manufactured products?
Preference is given to handmade, locally made, artisan, and thoughtfully curated products.
How many visitors attend?
We anticipate welcoming approximately 50-150 attendees throughout the day. Winter Faire draws on Anchorage-area families, Waldorf families and alumni, and community members looking to intentionally shop local and support Alaska artists and small businesses. Winter Faire is designed as a festive, family-centered event with activities and experiences that encourage families to spend several hours on campus.
